Hotel Karos Spa Zalakaros

Gyógyvíze egyedülálló,Budapest összes gyógyfürdőjét végigjártam,de nem volt hatásos, Zalakarósi gyógyvíz teljesen rendbetette a térdemet,5 éve minden évben a tehetem többször igénybe veszem a gyógyvíz jótékony hatást,pedig a távolság elég nagy,mível Budapesti lakos vagyok.

Vacsoránál híányoltam a terített asztalt,de ez több éve így van.Szerintem egy 4 csillagos szállodában legalább a vacsoránál asztalterítőnek kellene lennie.

- The kids club (kindergarten) is great, the nannies are taking very good care of the kids. It's one of the few places in the hotel where English is spoken!!! My daughter (3.5years) had a lot of fun and besides the pools it was the only place where she wanted to be. In my opinion, as a parent, this is the greatest asset of the hotel. - The inside pools (we only used these ones because of the weather) are very nice, clean and big. - Variety of food both for breakfast and for dinner. - Spacious room.

- English is spoken by very few from the staff; there is NO information in English (daily program , not even the assessment form, info on the town and the surrounding area) ; At one point someone from the staff was making a list for what we only guess was a program arranged by the hotel;when he understood that we don’t speak Hungarian or German he just turned his back at us and walked away - The bathroom was not very clean; many of the things need to be changed or improved: the wallpaper wasn’t clean and was broken especially where it was linked with the floor tiles; the NO WORKING radiator had rust spots where the paint was chipped; no cosmetic products (two wall dispensers with hand&body wash, hairdryer, bathrobes and towels were the only things in the bathroom); only two hooks were installed in the hole bathroom (I think it’s important to have where to dry the bathrobes and swimming suits in a wellness hotel where people are spending half of the day in the pools). - Ants in the bathroom. - NO internet in the room (WiFi); we were given a cable from the Reception that was not good and when we asked to be changed the answer: “it’s the last one”. In a 4*+ hotel?! - The gym needs a lot of maintenance work: the hand sensors of the treadmill were broke so you couldn’t get any assessment on your training; the utility bench wasn’t in a good shape, the upright exercise bike was completely out of use, the recumbent exercise bike was unusable because the pedals straps were broke.

Több alkalommal voltunk már a szállodában és nagyon elégedettek voltunk ismét. Mindenkinek bátran ajánlom!

-folyékony szappan hiányzik - étteremben az asztalrol kis szemetes - hallból hiányoltuk a bart, kávéházat

A szobákban lévő ágymatracok, nagyon puhák. Gerinc problémákkal küzködő (porckorong sérv stb) szálló vendégeknek az ágyak alig eviselhetők.
